Amala Consulting worked with Laughing Earth Farm to help foster community engagement through the organization of monthly On-Farm Education Programs, Potlucks and other events.
Writing and Editing Online Training Program
Amala Consulting provided writing and editing services for the development of an online Youth Peer Advocate Training Program for Youth Power! (YP!), an organization of Families Together in New York State (FTNYS).
Content Development and Graphic Design
Amala Consulting developed content and designed media, including multiple one-page brochures and a tri-fold brochure for the Tech Valley Center of Gravity (TVCoG).
Capacity Building for the Rensselaer Plateau Alliance (RPA)
For two years, Amala Consulting worked to build capacity of this small non-profit organization. We led the development of a Strategic Plan, a Comprehensive Plan, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and an Annual Report. Additionally, we aided in the implementation of a Capital Campaign.
Capacity Building for SmartKids NY
Amala Consulting worked with SmartKids NY on a variety of fronts including: Budget Planning and Development, Market Research, Content Development and Stakeholder Engagement.
Graphic Design of Brochure and Case Statements
Amala Consulting developed a brochure, a general case statement and a capital campaign case statement for an environmental non-profit organization. We provided services for both graphic design, logo design and content development.
